Holguin Training & Consulting, LLC presents the Dispatch Crisis Intervention 360 course, a 24-hour POST-approved training certified for the Perishable Skills Program (PSP) in Strategic Communication. This immersive training, designed specifically for emergency call-takers and dispatchers (sworn or civilian), prepares participants to handle calls involving mental health crises effectively, with skills to positively influence outcomes.

Expert Instruction: Led by an experienced law enforcement dispatcher and a licensed mental health clinician, this three-day program offers a balanced approach to both tactical communication skills and mental health insights. Together, the instructors bring real-world expertise and clinical knowledge to ensure participants gain practical skills grounded in psychological understanding.
