18. Recording and Photography

To protect the privacy of participants and the integrity of
HTAC's proprietary training materials, no participant may, without prior

Participants may be removed from any training without refund

• threats or intimidation;
• disruptive behavior;
• repeated profanity directed toward others;
• bullying;
• violence or threats of violence;
• possession of illegal substances;
• intoxication;
• refusal to follow instructor directions;
• destruction of property;

• behavior

Removal from a course does not entitle the participant to a
refund.

Prohibited conduct includes:
